1. Working principle of wet peanut blancher
The raw material such as soaked rice, beans, kernel in the hopper, is vibrated into the a s spinning wheel fixed by three power rolls. Through article induced and feeding wheel, the blade of the knife rack cut the skin of the raw material, and the blanched rice rice, beans, kernel is pressed to the dicharging hopper by the discharging wheel, and the skin thrown through the rejection wheel.


2. Installation of wet peanut blancher
Installed on a flat ground, fixed to the screws, or padded at four feet 10mm above the rubber plate.


3. Feature of wet peanut blancher
1). It can remove the skin of raw material off easily and gently like human hand.
2). High blanching rate. high whole kernel rate.
3). Wet peanut blancher can blanch bigger chicpeas,almond also.
4). Blanched peanut/chicpeas/almond are used for frying.
